Woolworths Group: New Zealand Spring Campaign

Woolworths New Zealand teams up with M&C Saatchi New Zealand to unveil their vibrant Spring campaign.

    Seasonality plays a big role in the focus of food - and no more so than in spring; a time when there’s a collective sense of excitement as the nation comes out of hibernation. There’s more daylight on offer, and with an abundance of fresh produce in season there’s more healthy food choices available.


    The challenge for M&C Saatchi New Zealand was to bring this sense of rejuvenation to life for the Woolworths brand in a way that clearly depicted the brand’s positioning line `That Fresh Food Feeling’.
     
    With this in mind, our team devised striking large format out-of-home executions featuring beautifully detailed lettering crafted out of fresh produce and spring flowers. The headlines themselves ‘HERE COMES THE SUN’ and ‘HELLO SUNSHINE’ encapsulated that sense of excitement that accompanies the spring’s arrival.

    “We love this time of year - strawberries and asparagus are finally back on the menu, flowers are out in full force and the mornings are filled with sunlight. We want to celebrate that with our customers and showcase all the ways we can help them enjoy the season”.
