What to expect from the recruitment journey
The recruitment journey tends to start with an online application which is submitted to our Talent Acquisition Team.
Typically, the selection process then includes:
Initial screening call with our Talent Acquisition Team.
Online and in-person interviews with the hiring manager.
Panel interview with members of the hiring team.
In many cases, candidates participate in a business task that allows them to demonstrate their suitability for the role such as a presentation or technical challenge.

Just starting out?
Open House is our free 8-week online training programme that is open to anyone who wants to learn more about our industry. Its mission is to help remove barriers for people starting, shifting or returning to a career who do not have the support, connections or access to do so.
Having completed the programme, participants are invited to apply for a recruitment process that verifies them for inclusion in the Open House Talent Pool.
