M&C Saatchi Group announces senior hires further strengthening governance and driving commitment to Meaningful Change.

Today we have announced two senior hires, Global Chief People Officer and General Counsel and Company Secretary, as part of our ongoing commitment to drive Meaningful Change and enhance governance.

Mark Dickinson-Keen will join the Group Executive Team in April as Chief People Officer, responsible for developing the people strategy and the Group’s capabilities, culture and overall employee experience for the next phase of the business.

Mark brings a wealth of experience leading the people agenda for businesses through times of organisational transformation. His most recent roles include Chief People Officer of telecommunications provider TalkTalk and Chief People Officer of behavioural change consultancy, Mind Gym.

Victoria Clarke joined the business as the Group’s Head of Legal in July 2020 and has recently been promoted into the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary. Having qualified as a solicitor in the corporate team at the law firm Nabarro LLP, Victoria previously held legal roles in the hospitality sector including as Legal Director at the premium listed, PPHE Hotel Group Limited.

These hires follow the announcement of our new strategy, operating model and medium-term financial targets at their Capital Markets event in January.

Victoria Clarke, General Counsel and Company Secretary, adds -“I’m delighted to be appointed to the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary.
