Spencer Schrage named Managing Director of North America at M+C Saatchi Consulting

Spencer will lead M+C Saatchi Consulting's integrated advisory services, connecting strategy to execution for clients across financial services, CPG, and technology.

​M+C Saatchi Consulting has appointed Spencer Schrage as Managing Director of North America, as the agency continues to expand in the region and strengthen how its advisory work connects to its broader suite of capabilities.

In this role, Spencer will lead M+C Saatchi Consulting’s work across North America, partnering with senior client teams on growth priorities such as brand repositioning, go-to-market strategy, organisational change, and business and brand transformation. He will focus on helping clients move from upstream strategic decisions through to execution by working closely with creative, communications, and performance teams across the M+C Saatchi Group North America network.

“What drew me to M+C Saatchi Consulting is the opportunity to build something genuinely differentiated in the market,” said Spencer. “Too often, consulting is either purely strategic or disconnected from execution. Here, we have an integrated model that brings cultural insight, brand innovation, experience strategy and design under one roof, allowing us to advise clients upstream on growth and transformation, and then help bring those strategies to life in market.”

Spencer brings more than a decade of experience advising CEOs and CMOs on how to translate business goals into clear brand direction, including enterprise repositioning and new brand development across financial services, CPG and technology. He also has experience working with private equity and venture capital firms to advise portfolio companies as they scale and evolve. He joins M+C Saatchi Consulting from Weber Shandwick, where he served as global head of consulting and corporate brand, and previously spent nearly a decade as a partner and principal at Ogilvy Consulting, advising Fortune 500 companies including American Express, Capital One, Citizens Bank, Colgate-Palmolive, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and Novartis, among others. Schrage is also a member of the Partnership for New York City, where he was recognized as a 2023 David Rockefeller Fellow.

Spencer's appointment reflects growing client demand for senior advisory support that not only shapes growth strategy, but also helps organisations execute those decisions in market.

His appointment comes amid growing momentum for M+C Saatchi’s integrated operating model in the region, which helps brands identify and harness their Cultural Power to drive growth and relevance. The agency recently added five new clients to its roster and welcomed Derek Goode as Managing Director at M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment and Katie Chlada as Managing Director, Strategic Communications and advisory services.
