Zoe Miller named IPA iList Winner 2026 for leadership in diversity and inclusion

M+C Saatchi Group is proud to share that Zoe Miller, Talent Manager, has been named an IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) iList Winner 2026, recognising leaders who are driving meaningful, lasting change in diversity and inclusion within the advertising and marketing industry.
Zoe’s recognition reflects more than 31 years of commitment to talent development, helping more people see the creative and advertising industries as places where they can belong and build long‑term careers.
Zoe’s impact spans a number of transformative talent and inclusion initiatives at M+C Saatchi Group. She led Carbon Academy, the Group’s mentoring programme delivered in partnership with the University of Greenwich, which gave young women from inner‑city schools hands‑on experience and genuine routes into creative careers. She has also played a key role in building the Creative Advertising and Art Direction degree, co‑designed with the University of Greenwich to give a more diverse generation of students access to live briefs, industry experience and a direct pathway into the advertising profession.
Alongside this work, Zoe has been instrumental in the growth of Open House, M+C Saatchi Group’s global, free online training programme designed to widen access to marketing and communications careers. In 2026, Open House achieved its highest ever number of global sign‑ups, helping to remove barriers to entry and build a more inclusive future for the UK and global advertising industry.
Marcus Peffers, Executive Chair UK and Chair, World Services, M+C Saatchi Group, said:
“I’ve known Zoe since the day I started in advertising, over 30 years ago. During that time, I can’t think of anyone who has done more to support and promote opportunities for diverse entry‑level talent across the industry. Through Open House, Zoe has helped build a world‑class internship programme — one that goes from strength to strength every year. Zoe never seeks the limelight, but behind the scenes, she has been fundamental to the success of M+C Saatchi since launch. I’m absolutely thrilled she’s getting the recognition she deserves.”
Mark Dickinson‑Keen, Global Chief People & Operations Officer, M+C Saatchi Group, added:
“Zoe has worked tirelessly over many years to champion and support diverse entry‑level talent in advertising, consistently breaking down well‑known barriers to entry in our sector. At a time when entry‑level opportunities are becoming increasingly scarce, Zoe has redoubled her efforts — ensuring our Open House programme reaches more participants than ever, and that M+C Saatchi continues to offer growing numbers of well‑supported, fairly paid internship opportunities.”
Zoe’s inclusion in the IPA iList 2026 is powerful recognition of her long‑standing commitment to diversity and inclusion in advertising, and to building pathways into the industry for underrepresented talent.
