De’Longhi’s journey to becoming a worldwide coffee authority required a bold repositioning - one that redefined its place in the industry. Our mission was to establish De’Longhi not just as a premium coffee machine brand but as the leader of high-quality coffee production at home, with an uncompromising promise of perfection. To achieve this, we identified “Perfetto, from bean to cup” as the iconic platform encapsulating De’Longhi’s pursuit of excellence, ensuring a powerful and ownable brand narrative. This vision was brought to life through a multi-year partnership with global ambassador Brad Pitt, elevating the brand’s visibility and emotional resonance. The partnership unfolded in two distinct chapters, each reinforcing De’Longhi’s key reasons to buy. The first, produced by renowned personalities of the caliber of director Damien Chazelle, was set in California, while the second took place in France. In addition to the films, we managed this brand evolution through an integrated approach, including product campaigns, print, OOH and social media, creating a cohesive global presence for the brand.
