The NBA recognized that staying relevant with next generation of fans would require doing things differently. So they brought us in as strategic partners to uncover Gen Z’s motivations across the categories that matter most to them. Our insights uncovered key growth opportunities where the NBA could make the biggest impact. Through this research, we identified four strategic territories for innovation. Working closely with the product team, we turned our findings into actionable ideas, integrating them into both current and future initiatives. Our work ensured the NBA could forge a stronger, more meaningful connection with Gen Z, driving long-term brand growth and relevance.
